Fees
- Academic talks: Free of charge for up to 25 minutes including Q&A.
- Product Demos: Speakers will be charged 680,-€ (VAT excluded) for up to 25 minutes including Q&A.
- Workshop/Tutorial/Custom Session: Speakers will be charged 1.180,-€ for up to 60 minutes including Q&A.
- Approved speakers also receive complimentary full registration with access to all event sessions, business lunches, and coffee breaks.
Accompanying persons or invited guests receive a 50% discount on the regular registration fee.
Format
- All oral presentations are in-person only. There is no virtual or hybrid option for attendees.
- There will be no poster sessions.
Language
The conference language is English.
Submission deadline
There is no set deadline to submit a speaking proposal until all open slots are filled.
